Slept in today until 8:30 am. It’s crazy that it feels like sleeping in now. I normally sleep in until 10-11 am. This morning we saw a beautiful rainbow. It was a gorgeous day. We decided to spend an extra day in Wrightsville beach. We deserved a day to rewind.

Tom and I took Paisley for a walk. It was around 80 degrees today and sunny. Bill and Peggy picked us up and took us to Walmart to provision the boat. They dropped us off and we relaxed for the afternoon. We saw dolphins right by our boat. I get excited every time I see them.

Bill picked us up for dinner. It was so nice hanging out with Bill and Peggy. They are so sweet and fun to talk to. They have two adorable miniature dachshunds that reminded me of my Dottie I had. We did our laundry at their house, showered and I even gave Paisley a bath.

We are leaving tomorrow at 6:30 am. I think we are both feeling a lot better today. We are planning on traveling around 55 miles tomorrow.
